Fishing Report - 02/24/07

The Carolina boys were back in Panama this week! Old friends Allan Barwick, Mike Hefner, Robert Tucker, Dean Adams, Kurt Scheetz, Rick Scheetz, and Jeff Floyd were joined by Pesca Panama first timers Angel Noya, Bruce Paulov, Bill Hanrahan, Bub Mitchell, and Bub’s son Mark.

Offshore fishing was fair this week, with the guys landing up to three sails a day. Bub had a first time experience when he landed a sail well over a hundred pounds...congratulations Bub. Mark put his time in on Hannible bank and managed to land a 440 pound Black Marlin on the fourth day of fishing. Great fish Mark! Mark also went on to land a monster Bull shark the evening after landing his Marlin....great day Mark!

Inshore fishing also had its high points. Robert, Angel and Mike had a great day on the fourth day when they landed 8 Cubera to 60 pounds!

Once again a week with Allan was filled with laughs, fun and a great dinner at Franks! Thanks to Allan and the whole crew for a great week!!!
